Where does AILUROS ship?

Currently across the United States. International shipping coming soon.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 days depending on your location. Tracking details are sent once your order is on its way.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us at info@ailuros.co within 12 hours of placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email info@ailuros.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on all orders over $75.

 

Returns

1. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece. We will send a replacement within 3 business days. No return required. You keep the damaged item. If one piece in a Dining Set arrives damaged, we replace that piece only.

2. Return — Unopened

We accept unopened, unused pieces within 21 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Credit is issued upon receipt and inspection.

3. Return — Opened

Opened pieces cannot be returned. Ceramic food vessels cannot be resold once used.

4. Wrong Item Received

Contact us. We will send the correct piece immediately. You do not need to return the wrong item.

Include your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the item. We respond within 36 hours. All sales are final on opened items. AILUROS reserves the right to assess item condition before issuing store credit.
