Welcome to AILUROS. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
This website is owned and operated by AILUROS LLC. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users. AILUROS LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Pre-Order Terms
Certain products on this site are available for pre-order prior to fulfillment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
Estimated fulfillment is November 2026. This date is subject to change; customers will be notified of any material delays.
Cancellations are accepted within 3 business days of the original order date. After this window, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable prior to shipment.
Once fulfilled and shipped, standard return terms apply (see Section 5).

3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. AILUROS LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders are confirmed upon payment approval. AILUROS LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Shipping
AILUROS LLC ships within the United States. Shipping timelines and rates are displayed at checkout. For pre-orders, shipment will occur following fulfillment of your order in November 2026. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact info@ailuros.co with your order number and photos of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at AILUROS LLC's discretion upon submission of photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product designs, photography, written copy, and brand elements — is the property of AILUROS LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Product Disclaimer
AILUROS products are designed for use with domestic cats and are not medical or veterinary devices. They are not intended to replace professional veterinary care. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately for their animal.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILUROS LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products. AILUROS LLC's total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
